Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by infinitevarietynyc, including the Undress AI undressing technology platform, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all users, including free-tier visitors, paid subscribers, and Enterprise API clients. Continued use after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Permitted Use

You may only process images for which you hold rights or have received explicit, documented consent from the subject. Using this platform to generate non-consensual deepfake clothes removal content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All AI models, processing architecture, and software underlying infinitevarietynyc remain the exclusive intellectual property of the company. No license to copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform is granted.

Output images generated through the Undress AI engine are owned by the user who submitted the source image, subject to compliance with these terms and applicable law.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality of any image you upload. infinitevarietynyc does not pre-screen uploads. You agree to indemnify and hold the company harmless from any claim arising from your use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

infinitevarietynyc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Undress AI platform. Maximum direct liability is capped at the amount paid in the 30 days preceding any claim.

This limitation applies regardless of whether the company was advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability caps — in those cases, the minimum permitted limitation applies.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party infrastructure providers including cloud storage and delivery services. infinitevarietynyc is not responsible for outages, data handling, or policy changes by those third parties.

Security

infinitevarietynyc applies encryption in transit and at rest for all uploaded images. Auto-deletion is enforced within 60 minutes of session close. You are responsible for securing your own account credentials.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by contacting info@infinitevarietynyc.com. Requests are fulfilled within 5 business days.

Changes to Terms

infinitevarietynyc may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Effective from January 1, 2026.
